Telemarketing work

The daily telemarketing work of the agents is done on the agents’ interface of Virtual Call Center. User name and password provided by the supervisor is required to log in to the application.
After logging in telemarketing calls can be initiated both automatically and manually. In case of automated dialling the power/predictive dialling of Virtual Call Center initiates the calls, where strictly established calls are connected to the agents, this way decreasing the unnecessary waiting time of the agents. At the beginning of the telemarketing call the data sheet of the dialled party is displayed for the agent, together with the script, which can be read aloud, altered or filled up during the conversation. The necessary administration can be completed by the agent as an afterwork, following the next call can be initiated or the agent can have a break.
Virtual Call Center provides API option to transfer the datasheets, if they are to be recorded in a different management or CRM system.
