Installation guide to system administrators. They can shortly get acquainted with the requirements of installing Virtual Call Center and can follow the steps of installation.

The supervisors can get acquainted with the interfaces of Virtual Call Center services. They can learn the use of supervisor interface, logging in, creating new users, managing dispositions, training and supervising of agents, step by step.

The agent can get acquainted with the use of Virtual Call Center software, the agents’ interface, answering inbound calls, manual and automated dialling, data sheet and script filling, call dispositions, breaks and logout.
