Therefore we train our new customers on mandatory 4-6 hours long individual trainings to the appropriate settings and supervision of Virtual Call Center, as well as for agents’ trainings. The participants of these training are awarded with certificates.

At the end of the trainings our advisors make the setups of the first projects together with the participants. This way we leave a full value call center and a team able to supervise it before we complete the training...
