Virtual Call Center 3.0 offers 3 types of dialers:
Manual Dialer
Agent chooses the client to be called from his/her list and the system dials the customer.
Power Dialer
System automatically chooses the next customer to be called and connects the agents as soon as he/she has finished the conversation with the last customer.
Predictive Dialer
This is the most advanced dialer mode of Virtual Call Center 3.0 created for maximum talk time. With Predictive Dialer agents do not have to wait for ringing tones or busy signals: the called party is immediately online as soon as the agent disconnect the previous customer.
