We arrived to Birmingham with the intention of introducing Virtual Call Center 3.0 in a professional market where quality and reasonable prices are both expected from a solution provider.
Most of the exhibitors offered premise-based solutions. Virtual Call Center 3.0 was one of the few companies capable of providing call centre software and VoIP telephony on an integrated hosted platform.
The number of enquires were far higher than we expected earlier. Although our pretty hostesses attracted much attention, no doubt, the visitors’ focus was on the advantages of Virtual Call Center 3.0 such as cost-effectiveness, scalability and location independent working.
These features and our innovative user-friendly software design generated much appreciation not only from the customers, but also from competition that came by to learn more about the product.
