Introducing Virtual Call Center Ltd.
The Virtual Call Center Ltd. was founded in1999 as a ‘garage’ company under the name of NDG Bt, with HUF 120,000 deposit to develop web applications. The company got the name eWorld Com Ltd in 2003, the main area of activity was VoIP research and development by that time. Unfortunately the Hungarian network infrastructure, that is the band width of the Internet connection denied the provision of quality voice services. Therefore we developed IP based telefax sending and receiving solutions, which became a market leader in Hungary and was in use in many European countries.
Besides providing telefax services, but being aware of the future trends, we further developed the VoIP based solutions: centrex application, IP base telephone exchange (PBX), installed and then hosted call centers.
We were the first providers of cloud based Virtual Call Center services in Hungary with log in type billing, which was also introduced on international exhibitions with great success: in Berlin, Birmingham, Warsaw, Bucharest and Budapest.
By the end of 2010 Virtual Call Center service matured to be the ‘flagship’ of our company. We mainly intend to improve and sell our call center service in the future, therefore we renamed our company to Virtual Call Center Ltd. in December, 2010. Today our team with 20 co-workers satisfies the demand of our clients with constant developments and full range customer support on the highest level of quality.
